Join us for a Rising Strong™ retreat, an experiential program based on Dr. Brené Brown’s research
on vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. If we are brave often enough we will fall. Rising Strong™ is
about what it takes to get back up. This 3-day retreat will teach you how owning your stories of struggle can give
you the power to write daring new endings. Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and the clearest
path to a wholehearted life. At the end of the weekend, you will have learned how to apply the Rising
Strong™ process to transform the way you live, love, parent and/or lead.
During our three days together we will explore our relationship patterns, how they relate to our attachment
styles, and how to heal our relationships with ourselves in order to create healthier relationships with others.
Utilizing Dr. Brené Brown’s groundbreaking research, we will dive deeper into how we get can be better at actually
feeling our emotions, increase our resilience to stress and trauma, and develop a sense of home within ourselves.

Dianne Morris Jones is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator-Consultant (CDWF-C) practicing in Dallas, Texas. Dianne is the author of Stop Breathe Believe, Mindful Living One Thought at a Time and I’m Fine, a real feelings journal . She has a degree in Family Finance from Texas Tech University and a Master’s degree in Counseling from West Texas A&M University. Dianne is an energetic and creative person who approaches life and her professional counseling with an enthusiasm for growth in wholehearted living. She practices individual and couples counseling from a mindful, cognitive behavioral approach. Her clinical focus includes depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and life transitions. In addition to being a Certified Laughter Yoga Instructor, Dianne has extensive training in Spiritual Direction and the Enneagram. As a CDWF-C, Dianne speaks, facilitates and consults on The Daring Way™, the various curriculums based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. She also frequently speaks and leads workshops and retreats on the joys and challenges of choosing to live life in an intentional, authentic way. Dianne enjoys outdoor adventures, photography and spending time with friends and family. Dianne and her husband Roger, recently moved from Des Moines, Iowa and now live in Dallas, Texas.
Regan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist , and a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator-Candidate (CDWF-Candidate) practicing in Pensacola, Florida. Regan specializes in work with individuals, children and families. Regan’s clinical areas of special interest include issues related to emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, adoptions, infant mental health, depression and anxiety disorders, parenting issues, and conflict resolution. As a CDWF-Candidate, Regan is trained in The Daring Way™, the various curriculums based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, EMDRIA, a Certified Adoption Counselor, as well as a Harris Trained Infant Mental Health Therapist. Regan is driven by the desire to help individuals and families heal their wounds, develop a new relationship with their thoughts and transform their lives. She lives in beautiful Pensacola, Florida with her husband and their two active sons.
